Do I need to register for an account in order to buy online?
No, you can simply add products to your cart and checkout without having to register or sign up for an account.
How can I pay?
You are welcome to pay by EFT or bank card via PayGate using your Debit, Cheque or Credit Card. We also use Payfast as an alternative secure payment gateway and it’s quick and easy to do this.
If you prefer to order via email, Facebook or telephone, we’ll pop you an email invoice and you are welcome to pay by EFT or Direct Deposit. ) (Please note there is a R35 cash handling fee for direct deposits).
How does delivery work?
Economy or overnight delivery is available depending on where you live. See our Terms and Conditions for detailed info on our delivery estimates. We deliver either door to door and you can track your parcel online by logging into the courier website with your waybill number. Remember – We only deliver to street addresses and we only deliver during business hours (no weekends or public holidays) so please select your delivery address accordingly. International orders can take longer. You are also able to collect and pay on collection if you like.
My parcel arrived, but the contents are damaged/missing/tampered with. What should I do?
